What is Carbon_Neutrality? 

Wikipedia defines Carbon_Neutrality, "or having a net-zero carbon footprint, as achieving net-zero carbon emissions by balancing a measured amount of carbon released with an equivalent amount sequestered or offset, or buying enough carbon credits to make up the difference."

GREENTHINC defines Carbon_Neutrality in simpler terms, "A building that produces an equal amount of resources to that of which it consumes."  This is step one of our pursuit.
